As a resident of Parkview Place, we are all required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Homeowners Association Covenant. Below you will find information to read and download for our by-laws.

It is intended that the subdivision development be a residential community of high esteem and quality homes in a delightful environment.

Pool Usage

All residents of the neighborhood are free to enjoy the pool area. We have specific guidelines to ensure that the facilities are available when needed and that all visitors to the pool are protected under our safety precautions.


The Parkview Place HOA abides by guidelines outlined in the Florida Administrative Code in section 64E-9.

  1. Shower before entering pool.
  2. No food, beverages or glass containers are allowed in the pool or on the pool wet deck.
  3. Pool hours are 6am to 6pm.
  4. Do not swallow the pool water.
  5. Do not enter the pool if you are ill with diarrhea.
  6. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.
  7. Pregnant women, small children, people using alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use the pool without first consulting a doctor.
